Q. Is VAT included in the price indicated on the website?

A. The price is displayed excluding VAT & including VAT at the current rate.

Q. What are the lead times on your stock items?

A. The normal lead time for stock items are 2 – 14 days.

Q. What are the lead times on items that are not in stock?

A. Non-stock items can have a lead time of about 4 to 8 weeks. This will be confirmed with you at the time of confirming your order.

Q. How much is delivery?

A. Delivery is £10 within UK Mainland & Northern Ireland . Shipping cost to all other destinations will be advised prior to processing your order.

Guide price for non-bulky products for some of the destinations: Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland - £8.50 per box additional.
Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany & Monaco - £14.00 per box additional.
Corsica, Italy, Spain, Greece & Portugal - £22.00 per box additional.
Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden & Switzerland - £27.50 per box additional.
Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Gibraltar - £32.00 per box additional.
Estonia, Latvia, Malta, Romania & Turkey - £62.00 per box additional.
Q. What are your delivery times?

A.Delivery is normally between 8:30am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Next Day, Timed delivery (before 10AM or 12 noon) and Saturday Delivery are available at an extra charge. Price depends on items ordered, so please ask for a quote.

Q. What does "(Sold in multiples of 2 or 4)" mean ?

A. Products with "(Sold in multiples of 2 or 4 or 6)" are available in packs of 2 or 4 or 6 and cannot by sold in odd numbers. However, prices are for each unit.

Q. What does "(Minimum 2 or 4)" mean ?

A. Products with "(Minimum Order 2 or 4 or 6)" means that you have to order at least the minimum quantity mentioned.

Q. Are the furniture flat packed.

A. Yes, most of the furniture we supply are flat packed. Most table top are supplied without marking or screw holes. If you require information about a particular item, please call or email us.

Q. Can I return an item of furniture if it’s not to my liking?

A. Only stock items can be returned, however if assembled we cannot refund or exchange. All other furniture is made to order and cannot be returned, as they are manufactured specific to your finish requirements.

Q. Is there a charge for returning stock items?

A. No. You will have to bear the cost and responsibility of returning the items in a safe and re-saleable condition.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. We accept Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Master & Maestro). We also accept cheques. Please note that orders paid for by cheque will take about 7 extra working days to clear and process.
